7. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PROCESSING

An order shall be considered accepted only when:
  • Payment has been successfully processed (where applicable);
  • Inventory availability is confirmed;
  • A shipping confirmation has been generated by STYNNCO.
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to decline, modify, or cancel any order due to:

  • Fraud detection concerns;
  • Incomplete customer information;
  • Regulatory or operational constraints.
In such cases, any collected payment shall be refunded through the original payment method.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been packed, processed, shipped, or handed over to a logistics partner, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen operational delays.
Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and not guaranteed commitments.
Factors beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery schedules, including:
  • Weather conditions;
  • Natural disasters;
  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Logistics partner delays;
  • Force majeure events.
STYNNCO shall not be liable for delays arising from such circumstances.
Risk and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the customer upon successful delivery at the provided shipping address.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping may be available upon request and subject to approval.
Customers placing international orders shall be responsible for:

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the destination and package specifications.

11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
11.1 General Policy
STYNNCO is committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations associated with apparel products, all purchases made through our website are generally treated as final sales. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are permitted only under the conditions specifically outlined in this section.
By placing an order with STYNNCO, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

11.2 Return Eligibility
Customers may submit a return request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery only if:
  • The product received is damaged upon delivery; or
  • The product received is materially different from the order placed; or
  • STYNNCO has dispatched an incorrect size and the originally ordered size is unavailable for replacement.
To qualify for return consideration, the product must:
  • Be unused and unworn;
  • Be unwashed and unaltered;
  • Have all original tags intact and attached;
  • Be returned in original packaging;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Products failing inspection may be rejected at STYNNCO's sole discretion.

11.3 Reporting Damages or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers must inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
Any claim regarding:
  • Damaged products;
  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Missing items;
  • Incorrect products;
  • Incorrect size deliveries;

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

11.4 Unboxing Video Recommendation
To facilitate a smooth and transparent resolution process, customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
Such recordings may be requested during claim verification and can significantly expedite return, replacement, or refund approvals.
STYNNCO reserves the right to request additional evidence when necessary.

11.5 Return Authorization Process
All return requests require prior authorization from STYNNCO.
Upon approval:
  • A return pickup may be arranged through our logistics partner where service is available.
  • Customers must securely package the product before pickup.
  • Products returned without prior authorization may be refused.
For quality assurance and transparency, all returned items are unpacked and inspected under continuous video recording at our warehouse.
The decision of STYNNCO's quality inspection team shall be final regarding return eligibility.

11.6 Exchange Policy

STYNNCO offers size exchanges only for the same product, and exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
To help you choose the correct size before placing an order, we strongly recommend referring to the Size Chart available on the product page and website. Customers are encouraged to review the size chart carefully, as sizing preferences may vary from person to person.
All size exchange requests are subject to the availability of the requested size. If the requested size is unavailable, STYNNCO does not guarantee restocking of sold-out sizes and will not be able to offer a refund, store credit, or any other form of monetary compensation. In such cases, the original order shall be considered final.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags intact and attached.
As a standard business practice, STYNNCO does not offer exchanges for:
  • Change of mind;
  • Personal preference
  • Style or fit expectations.
Size Exchange Fee
In case of a size exchange request, a nominal fee of ₹200 will be applicable. This fee covers the cost of collecting the originally delivered product from the customer's address and re-delivering the exchanged size to the same location.
The exchange fee must be paid in advance at the time of submitting the exchange request. The exchange process will be initiated only after successful payment of the applicable fee.
To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all original tags intact and attached.
The refund in exchange shall only be considered where STYNNCO has mistakenly dispatched a size different from the one originally ordered.
Where approved:
  • Replacement of the originally ordered size shall be provided without additional charge.
  • Exchanges remain subject to stock availability.
  • STYNNCO does not guarantee restocking of sold-out sizes or products.
If the originally ordered size is unavailable due to any glitch, a Gift Card equal to the product value shall be issued.
The Gift Card shall remain valid for one hundred twenty (120) days from issuance.

11.7 Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
  • Sale products;
  • Promotional products;
  • Clearance products;
  • Gift Cards
  • Products missing tags or original packaging;
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

11.8 Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered.
A refund may be approved only under the following circumstances:
  • The product received is damaged and replacement is unavailable; or
  • STYNNCO delivered an incorrect size and the originally ordered size is unavailable for exchange.
Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending upon banking institutions, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

12. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using the website, customers agree:
  • To provide accurate information;
  • Not to misuse promotional offers;
  • Not to engage in fraudulent activity;
  • Not to abuse customer support personnel;
  • Not to initiate false chargebacks or payment disputes.
STYNNCO reserves the right to suspend accounts engaging in abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious behavior.

  • Brand names
  • Product photography
  • Graphics

are the exclusive property of STYNNCO GLOBAL RETAIL unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

14. USER CONTENT & REVIEWS

By submitting such content, customers grant STYNNCO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.
STYNNCO reserves the right to remove content that is:

  • Offensive
  • Defamatory
  • Fraudulent
  • Misleading
  • Unlawful

15. WEBSITE USAGE RESTRICTIONS
Users shall not:
