Q. What fit are your t-shirts?
A. Our t-shirts come in an oversized fit designed for a relaxed streetwear look and everyday comfort.

Q. How should I wash my t-shirt?
A. Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, and do not iron directly on the print.
Q. Will sold-out products be restocked?
A. Some styles may restock, but most limited drops may not restock once sold out.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q. When will i receive my order?
A. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Please check your spam folder in case our email has been redirected there. Kindly allow 2–5 working days for domestic orders to be delivered. International orders typically take 5–10 working days for delivery.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.
Q. Where do you ship?
A. We currently ship across India and internationally over 220 countries and territories globally.
Q. Are there any shipping charges?
A. All orders from Stynnco.com are eligible for free shipping Pan-India. Additional charges apply to international orders, which are calculated and displayed at checkout window based on the selected delivery address.

ORDERS
Q. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Q. Can I change my address after placing the order?
A. Yes, address changes are possible only before order dispatch.
Q. I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?
A. Please check your spam folder or contact our support team at stynnco@gmail.com for assistance.
Q. I’m unable to place an order online.
A. If you’re unable to place an order online, you can reach out to us on WhatsApp, we’ll help you place your order instantly over the phone once you share the required product and correct shipping details.
Q. I won’t be available at home to receive my order. What should I do?
A. We recommend having your order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive it. If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier partner will attempt delivery two more times before the order is Returned to Origin (RTO). To avoid this, please inform us in advance at stynnco@gmail.com so we can place your shipment on hold until you’re/someone is available to receive it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q. Is it possible to exchange an item?
A. We offer a 48 hours Exchange Policy from the date of delivery, applicable only in cases of size-related issues. To request an exchange, customers must submit their request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
All exchange requests are subject to a quality inspection upon receipt of the returned item. Products must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request if the product has been used, washed, damaged, altered, or returned without its original tags.
For size exchanges, an upfront shipping fee of ₹250 will be applicable. This fee covers the pickup of the original product from your address, transportation to our warehouse, and shipment of the replacement size back to you.
If the returned product does not pass our quality inspection, the exchange request will be declined, and the same item will be shipped back to the customer at their registered address.
Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup for the package. Kindly ensure that the product is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Note: An exchange is permitted only once per order.
Q. How long does the exchange process take?
A. Once approved, the exchange process is initiated as quickly as possible by our support team.
Q. Can I return the product and get a refund?
A. Yes, If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at stynnco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and a brief description of the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange a complimentary return pickup and provide a replacement for the same item., we do not offer direct monetary refunds, and therefore all purchases are considered final. Any approved returns will be accepted strictly in exchange for a Gift Card issued to the customer.
However, in rare and exceptional circumstances-such as a failed transaction or if an Order ID is not generated-an automatic refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

A. Yes it will be borne by the customer only.

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders across selected locations in India.
Q. Is there any additional benefiit in case of prepaid order?
A. Yes, in prepaid order the amount of Rs. 100 will waive off at checkout.

A. Yes, all transactions are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways only.
